1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Nightwear
Accessories
Products purchased during sale or discount offers
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

Share clear images or videos showing the issue
Mention your Order ID and contact details
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
4. Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:
- An alternative product, or
- A refund (if applicable)
5. Return Pickup & Shipping
Return pickup will be arranged after approval
If pickup is not serviceable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product
Shipping charges (if any) will be communicated during approval
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
8. Important Notes
Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will be rejected
